Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and select the order containing the chain or tool you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original, unopened packaging to ensure it remains free of grease and debris during transit; include your RMA slip inside the box.
Ship to KMC
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the product is in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
